Fujian-Sabah Investment and Trade Cooperation was launched in response to the “Belt and Road Initiative” - a global development strategy adopted by China. KK ONE is the leading project and will become the tallest building landmark in Sabah city.

The concept of the City of Corals has permeated from architecture to the interior. From concept to schematic design, the project was designed by three senior principles, four architectural designers, and local consultants.

While I was still heavily involved from the preliminary to schematic design phases, presentation packages, and client meetings, I took full responsibilities for all four tower modelings and refinements, in collaboration with technical designers and facade consultants. I also participated in many technical drawings.
