Situated at street level in the Lyrik shopping mall on Boston’s iconic Newbury Street, this location enjoys abundant daylight through its full-height storefront. With a newly opened MBTA exit and bus stop directly at the entrance, the café anticipates high visibility and foot traffic.

The design strategy is to bring the service island forward, using a peninsula-style counter to warmly greet customers while clearly delineating takeout and dine-in flows. This configuration also maximizes the efficiency and flexibility of the service zone. Signature curved elements are reintroduced in response to the site’s dynamic geometry, reinforcing the brand’s identity while adapting to its new context.
